We got McDonald's in West 11th a Happy meal and two $5 meals on Tuesday late afternoon by 3:00 a.m. that night my son was vomiting and having diarrhea all through the night sick and lethargic for 2 days and still has diarrhea. On Thursday my stomach started hurting and having diarrhea and vomiting chills body aches headache continued on for 24 hours still having some stomach pain and not feeling well. My son had to miss school and I had to call into work! | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Cramps, Chills, Headache, Body Ache
