Ordered a plate orange chicken, sautéed cabbage, beef and broccoli & fried spring roll. Shared the dish with my partner and we both got food poisoned. Had the regular cheddar mac and cheese by Annie's on 5/12/26. Ate around 10 PM, started throwing up around 12:30 AM and really really bad diarrhea. Throwing up until almost 6 AM.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Fever, Chills

Had a farmers skillet around 10am. This was the only thing I ate before symptoms began. By 4:30pm starting having explosive urgent burning diarrhea. Ongoing now with severe stomach cramps. 3.5 hours later.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Cramps
