I bought my normal meal from McDonalds. I bought a Spicy Deluxe McChicken meal and also bought 10 McNuggets. I was so happy to eat my meal. I was eating all the lettuce that fell out like a rabbit. Then, I go to sleep, thinking nothing's wrong, then I wake up, oh no, stomach's a rumbling. I THREW UP 9 TIMES YESTERDAY AND I'M STILL HAVING DIAHERRA WHICH MAKES ME THINK MY FARTS ARE JUST FARTS BUT THEY'RE ACTUALLY DIAHERRA AND I HAVE HAD 2 ACCIDENTS AND NEED TO THROW AWAY 2 PAIRS OF BOXERS. Chick-fil-A is better anyways. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain
