Got sick within an hour of eating a big mac. Have been sick for 4 days with stomach cramps and diarrhea. Blood in stool last night | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Cramps, Bloody Stool

I’m surprised you got sick because McDonald’s food never spoils from all the preserves they use in their so called foods. Hope you get better soon. My honest opinion, stay away from McDonald’s or Burger King 😉
