I ate a Bacon mc double at around 1:30pm July 4th 2018 got sick diaria and vomiting at the same time.. (Felt perfectly fine before this) just about an hour after eating... My first (and hopefully last experience with food poisoning) I am sure that their food made me sick..... Sorry mc D's you defenently lost a customer | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting
