Tuesday picked up sandwich sick and night. fish sandwich it was the only thing I ate. One person me. I took a nap after lunch sick all night. I felt tortured. Thew away my clothes. Threw up 8 times at least. Bad diarrhea at the same time. Hot and chills. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Chills, Vomiting
