On August 1st, 2025, My child consumed a Ranch Snack Wrap from McDonald’s. Several hours later, she began experiencing severe stomach cramps, which persisted for approximately four hours. During this time, she vomited around eight times. Due to the severity of her symptoms, we sought medical attention, and she was subsequently hospitalized for evaluation and treatment. | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Cramps, Chills
