egg mcmuffin Ate breakfast to go thru drive thru they said they were short on staff it's only me I bought the two egg mcmuffin only ate one and a hash brown twenty minutes later I'm having severe cramps stomach ache now I've been on the toilet for 30min nausea the cramps have slowly releasing but the nausea is still there
