Was really ill the morning after eating this. And my stomach still isn't back to normal a week later. Got this meal at dinner time, but got sick before twice from same McDonald's, once bought food late and thought that was the problem. I think there is something wrong with their food being so processed or their manner of food preparation. Got terrible diarrhea and dehydration from one of their salads once. Maybe it their employees working when ill or not being clean. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Dehydration
