Egg Muffin Illness Strikes - McDonald's, Dagenham England

Myself and my mother left the house early for Xmas shoppin this morning I pulled into the drive through at half7- qart to 8 this morning I ordered 2 sausage and egg muffin meals with white coffees
The egg was very dry inside and cheese some looked dry and hard and like they was reheated maybe I don't know But looked and tasted dry We Ate it all the same It was around 2 pm this afternoon I begin to have bad cramps in my stomach in the space of 3 hpurs I have been violently sick 7 times! My mum is also got the same symptoms bad cramps and headache feeling nauseas I have diarrhoea a fever and feel very unwell stil now at 9 pm
My mum is getting worse now not good to see her with food poisoning too! | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting, Cramps, Headache
