I went to Mcdonalds on break around 1:05 I purchase a pick a pick 4 which is a double cheese burger with extra onions ff ,nuggets drink but I told the new girl she can have the drink and I order some chocchip cookies got my meal sandwich wasn't right sent it back and another one came out sandwich it had the extra onions but was soggy so I said owell I got to eat so I went back to work with my meal ate it and went to work got off around 5:00 got home and getting settle and stomach felt like someone was sqeezeing me and then it begin vomiting ,sweating,chills,cramping,diarrea its was like it was taking over my body weak,dizzie so I call my doctor and he say come in and he say its food poisoning this a begin Oct 12 around break was at 1:05 walked across the street to Mcdonalds say around 1:15 cause it wasn't busy and That Monday I went to the doctor 10-14and still feeling sick | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Fever, Cramps, Chills, Sweating, Weakness, Dizziness
