Wednesday around lunch I purchased two double cheeseburgers. 10 minutes to 20 i was released from work due to vomitting . I thought nothing of it just a regular stomach ache, but the problems progressed over an hour. Causing uncontrollable bowel movements for two days. I'm going to the hospital today to see what the issue is. These effects didn't happen till after eating at this particular McDonald's | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Vomiting
