I had 5 bowls of lucky charms cereal, and a bowl or two the day before. Came down with massive belching, vomiting, chills, shaking, extreme eye and head pain. It was awful. The worst I ever felt. The experience was more awful than having covid twice. A thousand times worse.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting, Chills, Shaking, Headache
