Me and my son woke up...he had bad stomach pain and refused to eat...I on the other hand was weak,abdominal pain,diarrhea,fever,chills. I could not even walk! I had to go to the ER. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever, Vomiting, Other, Weakness, Chills, Stomach Pain
