Had lunch on Friday March 25 around 1:30 pm. Ordered a 10 piece nugget with fries. Stomach pains kicked in around 8 pm. Vomitting around 9 for a few hours. Still have constant diahrea and it's Monday. I will never eat at a McDonald's establishment again, it's a dirty pile of shit and I will be spreading the word. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever, Vomiting, Stomach Pain
