I ate at McDonald's in Vitrolles yesterday, everything was clean, the organization of the dining room seemed clean to my taste, nothing suspicious at first sight. When it comes to food, nothing alarming at first glance (considering that they are now using reusable cutlery to wash). I did not feel anything until around 11 pm, then I had a fever that rose to 38.8°C. Then, at 1 am I felt the urge to go to the toilet it did not seem normal at all and indeed I had a good omen because I had diarrhea. The next day I experienced the following symptoms: stomach cramps, kidney, nausea and diarrhea so far and it just keeps going on. I went to see my doctor and he said it was food poisoning. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Fever
