Fries, Chicken Cause Illness - McDonalds,

I attended the location at about 10:30pm on a Friday (28/08/15) and purchased for for four. Three of us had fries, myself included, and I also had a jr chicken. The three of us were struck with horrible stomach pains a few hours later, but only I ended up with extreme symptoms. It was probably in the fries and the chicken. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever, Vomiting, Stomach Pain
