McDonalds
had fries and 2 apple pie at 12:30 am on 8-16-2015 and good sick as a dog the next day. on 8-13-2015 it happened as well had double chess pail with fries and a drink as well as apple pie. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever
