Went to mcdonald's on mericamp rd in ocala, fl on sunday 12/20 ordered a double quarter pounder with cheese and they only thing I ate all day around 2pm come 11pm that night I was throwing up, diarrhea fever and nausea on mon 12/21..as I was eating the burger did not taste right but thought it was just me seeing that I never eat lunch or dinner there and the only reason I ate there was I was given a 50.00 gift card , this location needs to looked at so no one else experiences the 24 hrs of hell I went thru and also missed a day of work which was unpaid. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever, Vomiting
