McDonalds
i ordered a mcdouble with Mac Sauce and a hot n spicy with cheese. I ate my mcdouble and felt fine. Then I started eating my hot n spicy but it tasted funny so I only ate about half. About an hour later I was throwing up and it didn't stop until the next day | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting
