McDonalds
My 7 year old boy and both eat an egg mc muffin around 11:30 am, by 1:00pm we were both vomiting with diarrea and fiber, had been sick all night and is 3:00am and both of us still throwing up and cant keep anything on our stomach, | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever, Vomiting
