Egg McMuffin from here. I went on my way home from work. I only purchased Egg McMuffins - I was perfectly healthy when I left work as we are screened everyday we work by the hospital prior to attending to patients. About 45 min after I had eaten the McMuffin I became seriously nauseated. Since I had to go back to work that night, I sat very still & tried to relax & nap. About 6 hours after I had eaten, despite being still, I began to vomit the undigested food along with stomach acid. | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting, Headache
