I was on my way out to travel to my gf's house for her birthday , decided to get a quick meal at McDonald's, (10 pc chicken McNuggets) with fries .. My stomach was on fire the next morning , started vomiting and diarrhea, along with a day long fever and severe headache | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever, Vomiting, Headache
