McDouble Meal Causes Illness - McDonalds, Redmond Washington

Ate a mcdouble and fries around 8pm and my husband had nothing. I vomited and had cramping from 2:30 am until 10 and he was fine. Had diarhea from 7am until evening. Could not hold down water. Had to slowly drink water/pedialyte over 3 hours and even then saltines did not sit well. I eat McDonalds pretty often but never this location. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Cramps
