My wife brought me 2 fillet o fish and a fry and POWERade. 3 hours layer I can't get off the toilet and feel like I'm going to puke. Right now I feel stomach cramps beginning as well. Don't know if I have a fever or not. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Cramps, Fever
