M&M McFlurry Illness - McDonald's, Honolulu Hawaii

My husband got me an M & M Mcflurry from mcdonalds around 7 or 8pm. I went to bed with stomach cramps and woke up at 12pm violently vomiting and had diarrhea for about 30 minutes. I was uncomfortable and nauseous all night. Woke up again at 2am and puked more for about 30 minutes again. Puked again at 4am. It is now 2:38pm and I haven't thrown up since the last time at 4am. I've been nauseous and cold all day though. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever, Vomiting, Cramps
