I went to McDonald's around 9:55pm and ordered chicken nuggets, fries and a Sprite. After finishing my food, I went to sleep 34 minutes later. I woke up around 3:20a, 5 hours later, and had incredibly painful lower stomach pain. I proceeded have diarrhea but did not feel better until I started throwing up.

My daily schedule is the same and this is the only new thing I have done, I don't think I want to eat their chicken ever again. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain
