- comments: observed dirty floors and floor drains through. Must detail clean and maintain. Also clean inside the rear light shields to remove debris.

- comments: observed floor tiles cracked/broken in the rear area, also noted missing and/or damaged ceiling tiles also in the rear. Must repair and maintain where ever needed. Must be smooth and easliy cleanable
