McDonalds Food Poisoning

We(me & fiance') ordered Roots Smokehouse from Ubereats on Saturday evening. We both ate some of the smoked wings appetizer and then I had a few bites of my macaroni and cheese. By the way, this is the first thing I ate this day. About 20 minutes later I felt nauseous, then threw up several times. I kinda had a headache and fell asleep. I ordered a western omelette and a large decaf green tea on 2/19/19. I started having bowel issues about an hour or two after eating my breakfast. I had to leave work early and by the time I arrived home I was vomiting profusely and loss control of my bowel movement for the remainder of the day . I hadn’t eaten anything prior to ordering from Fresco that morning and I have not been able to eat ever since . I also had to miss a day of work today as a result .

Purchase 2 largenpizzas from PH in blacktown and halfmy family members have got diarrhea nausea and stomach cramps this is bloody ridiculous! One of them has heart disease if anything happens to her so help me god thia will go to court pizza Hut mark my words!

Ate Mcdonalds last night around 9, woke up at 7 extremely nauseous and vomiting, also diarrhea. lasted for several hours

Party of three shared the following
chicken satay. Spring rolls. Thai dumplings. Lemongrass shrimp. Basil shrimp. Sticky rice and mango. All had nausea and gas pain. I passed out and transported to er. Eliminated all other possibilities. 🤔

At the Soulful Oats salad at 9pm on 2-19-19. Nauseous within an hour, stomach cramping in two hours. Awakened to vomit and have diarrhea 4.5 hours after eating, and this continued every half hour for 4 more hours.

I had a steak bowl with white rice, black beans, corn salsa, sour cream, cheese, and guacamole on 2/19/19 @ 7:30pm. Got severely ill around 1:30 AM with vomiting and sever diarrhea. It is now 7:15am on 2/20/19 and I still cannot keep anything down.

I did not physically go to the restaurant but my fiancé, her mother, sister and niece went. She brought me back Ginger Chicken with Broccoli. I ate both the new Riced Cauliflower Bowl (SKU#62481) and the Garlic Naan (frozen style) at 7:30 PM. Felt nauseous immediately and by 3:00 AM had thrown up three times.
