McDonalds
I ate one double cheeseburger, got on 91 South for thirty five minutes stomach started feeling bloated, then nauseous. I got home within a short time I was vomiting and had the chills. I took eight activated charcoal tablets and 1 tablespoon of silver shield. Today I just feel weak, and exhausted. I felt terrible all night sweating and shaking | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever, Vomiting, Weakness, Sweating, Shaking, Bloating, Chills
