I bought it at around 1:15pm on Thursday the 19 November 2020 and at about 4-5 pm I instantly became dizzy unsure of what it was I still went to the hospital as a visitor to see my partner ( who also ate some McDonald’s ) not long after being there I started vomiting and got bad diarrhea it wasn’t long after that when I became admitted into the hospital emergency department and was dehydrated and needed an IV . It was the only thing I ate that day and the hospital told me it’s definitely food poisoning , it wasn’t long after that My girlfriend started having the exact same problem and now we are both sick looking after our small baby. Thanks after all that money spent there I can’t even finish my meal .. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Dehydration, Dizziness
