Bought a 3 pack scotch fillet steak and some asparagus. Both fully cooked and steak not pink. Ate dinner 9pm, had diarrhoea by 2am and full blown vomiting and diarrhoea for next 24 hrs.. had to call ambulance as was passing g out from vomiting so much.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Cramps, Headache
