May Friday 12th at 2:15pm I ate a Filet-o-fish at a McDonald's in Kawasaki Japan. I returned home 3:30 and by 4pm I was violently sick, nausea then vomiting and diarrhea, at one point both at the same time! This lasted on and off for about two hours. I went to bed before 6pm and slept 14 hours. On Saturday I took some liquids then slept another 12 hours. Sunday I could eat an apple with liquids. Today, Monday the 15th, I've started to eat again. I lost more than three kilos in three days.I didn't see a doctor for two reasons 1) I had received some amoxicillin for otitis media a few days earlier, and as an EMT, I guessed I was covered. 2) I was too weak to get an ambulance. I could hardly climb the stairs to go to sleep.
I have a fairly robust constitution so I could sleep it off, but it could have been dangerous for an elderly person. Just the physical exertion of the vomiting left my stomach in pain for several hours. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Other, Weakness, Stomach Pain

A piece of crap! It gives me diarrhea every time when I eat!
