Food Safety Report: McDonalds.

Had a Bacon ClubHouse burger from this location at 3pm for my lunch break. Nausea and vomiting started 3 hours later and by the time I got home from work, severe food poisoning symptoms. No food or liquid would stay down. Passed out a few times. Mess everywhere. Lasted all night. 24hrs later and I am still experiencing mild to moderate symptoms. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever, Vomiting
