McDonalds
Ordered an egg Mcmuffin. It tasted wierd. Ate half. 2-3 hours later began getting sick. All day, all night, this morning, a combination of getting rid of this mcmuffin. Ugh! | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever, Vomiting
