Big Mac Illness: Diarrhea, Nausea - McDonald's, Aberdeen North Carolina

I ate a Big Mac & started not feeling well within a couple hours of eating the sandwich. It’s a day 1/2 later & I am still not feeling well with the same symptoms.
I’ve been in touch with my dr and I am following their suggestions at this time.
