The day before I had eaten McDonalds (a chicken burger, large chips and a large diet Sprite.) a couple hours later I felt sick. My stomach would not stop aching, I tried sleeping it off and I couldn't. So I decided to eat something else while drinking a little bit of water an it worked for a while.Now to the present. I went to McDonalds again (not knowing that my stomach would hurt again) I got a large McNugget hunger buster. Again, a couple hours later my stomach was upset and I needed to throw up. So I did. | Symptoms: Fever, Vomiting
