McDonalds
Ordered2 filet o fish meals and started feeling nauseous a few hour later. Next day vomitting and diarrhea all day and couldn't hold water down. 2 days later still dizzy and nauseous. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Dizziness
