I came home late with my fiance after a night of meeting my godparents. It was kind of late so we decided to stop at McDonald's for a easy meal so that I wouldn't have to cook that night. My fiance ordered McNuggets and I ordered a McDouble with Mac sauce and lettuce. The time was maybe 1:30 in the morning when we ordered our food and around 1:45 when I consumed it. I woke up the next morning at around 6:30 a.m. with a real tight knot in my stomach I got up instantly out of my bed alarming my fiance and ran into the bathroom instantly puking up every bite of that food. I continued vomiting till 4:00 pm that afternoon. My fiance took off work and took great care of me. That was yesterday thanks to him I'm at work today and so is he. I'm done with McDonald's period. | Symptoms: Nausea, Fever, Vomiting
