ER Visit After McD's - McDonalds,

At around 630 pm on Tuesday the 17th I order drive thru and got the mcdouble w/o onion and small fry. I also ordered my son the 4pc chicken nugget happy meal. About an hour and a half later I started getting severe stomach pains followed by violent vomiting and uncontrolled diarrhea. This persisted for 4 hours before being taken to the ER with severe dehydration, low blood pressure, and uncontrollable shaking. After 3 rounds of iv fluids, Zofran to control my vomiting, and a stay in the ER I'm home to rest and wait out this nasty ness. Now anything I eat my stomach thinks is that crap from McDonald's and wants to throw it back up. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever, Vomiting, Dehydration, Stomach Pain, Shaking
