Had a beef frstive burger today, about an hour later i began with stomach cramps and nausea, this continued for around 4 hours getting worse and worse, eventually at 11:30 at night i had thrown it all back up, now feel extremely achy and sick, will never eat a McDonald's again. | Symptoms: Nausea, Fever, Vomiting, Cramps
