shortly after eating clubhouse beef sandwich about an hour later I was severe stomach pains, then proceeded to throw up and have diarrhea through out the night, will not eat Mc. Donalds again. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever, Vomiting, Stomach Pain
