Burger Illness: Severe Symptoms - McDonalds,

I ate a double cheese burger with a small fry. Later that day I was feelibg sick. The next day I was throwing up non stop. Stomach pains a fever and very bad diarrhea. I couldn't ever walk or eat for two days. I also had to call of from work. The worst feeling ever. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever, Vomiting, Stomach Pain
