My girlfriend and I respectively purchase 6 and 10 chicken nuggets, with medium fries for both. About 4 hours later both of us were met with stomach pain and cramps, liquified diarrhea, fever or chills periodically, and a headache. We share symptoms and the timeline for the symptoms.
