Went to macdonalds for my brothers birthday and ordered burgers, fries, nuggets etc, so far people who ate the nuggets and fries were fine but my youngest sister ate a quater pounder and on the same night she was complaining of abdominal pain and was up all night, later on tonight she began to suffer from diharea and then began vomiting. We're not happy as we spend £33 on the order, only for them to get half the order wrong anc then give my youngest sister food poisioning. This is disgusting and hope something can be done about this. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Vomiting
