Went to the following establishments Friday September 9th - Saturday, September 10th, and was sick beginning Monday night (September 12th 10PM).
Friday Night: The Village Squire (Mchenry) - food, water & beer, The Gamblur (Mchenry) - beer & water, The Vixen (Mchenry) - possible beer & water.
Saturday: Company outing at Nippersink Park in Round Lake Beach, catered by unknown at the moment (trying to find out).
Symptoms:
Sudden cramping in upper stomach, chills, burning, bad diarrhea, nausea, pain then moving to lower abdomen (feels like glass moving through intestines). Symptoms still persisting through today, Wednesday, September 14th. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Chills
