We ate dinner between 7:30-8 pm on Sun, 7/15/18. My son had the Smoke and Fire Pizza. I ate a little bit of his crust, which also had some of the sauce on it. By 11 pm that night, I had bad indigestion. He was asleep, but told me early in the morning that he was up most of the night running back and forth to the bathroom with diarrhea. It is now Tuesday night and he has continued to be ill with the same and also a headache now. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Headache, Migraine, Indigestion
