My wife and I got sick almost immediately after eating the the Wilsonville McMenamins. I got a burger and she got the elk burger. We both had tots with ranch. Started off with severe stomach pains for her within an hour and me a few hours. It moved on to watery diarrhea, chills, headache and finally vomiting. Like Staphylococcus toxin. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting, Headache, Chills, Stomach Pain
