Don't eat on Middle East Airlines planes. I had a flight at 7am so as expected I arrived at the airport at 5am, obviously without eating.
After eating and eating, I felt stomach discomfort, and it quickly turned into endless diarrhea and intense vomiting at the end of the day. I missed 3 days of my trip home and in pain. I tried to contact them but to no avail. This trip cost me a lot to do it and I spent the majority of my stay in bed. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting
