Suspected food poisoning. Symptoms: Nausea,Stomach Pain,Cramps,other: Exhaustion
Suspected source: I had a salad at a bridal shower in a restaurant and I remember one big piece of lettuce looking questionable. I ate it and quickly realized it was bad, but didn’t want to be rude and spit the huge bite I had taken into the cloth napkin. So I panicked and just ate it. I think it may have made me sick.
